Idhu Namma Aalu (English: She's My Girl) is an upcoming Tamil romantic comedy film written and directed by Pandiraj. The film stars Silambarasan and Nayantara in lead roles while Andrea Jeremiah and Soori plays supporting roles.[2][3][4] Silambarasan's family has produced the film,[5] while his brother Kuralarasan makes his debut as a music director.[6]Cast

Production
In November 2013, Nayantara was signed for the female lead role of Mylaa.[7] It was reported that the film would have one more heroine.[8] Comedians Santhanam and Soori were also added to the cast.[9] Pandiraj's initial choice of composer was Yuvan Shankar Raja, who he had worked with in Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga. Although Pandiraj had even narrated him the script, the collaboration did not materialize.[10] Silambarasan's brother, Kularasan, was later recruited to produce the film's soundtrack and score, making his debut as a music director.Filming started on 21 October 2013.[11] Andrea Jeremiah joined the team in August 2014 to play a second leading female role.[12]
