There is a lot of buzz around Karthik Subburaj's next movie, Iraivi. The film is said to be a woman-centric one, but we learn that the plot of the story also revolves around the relationship between two brothers.
Says a source close to the unit, "The story is based on a Christian family, and the relationship between two brothers. However, the women in the film Anjali and Kamalinee have also been given a lot of importance. It also shows how women in this day and age influence the society. The movie is tentatively planned for release on December 25. SJ Suryah's character is one the main attractions in the movie. It has another 10 days of shoot left, after which, the post production work will begin."
The film, which also has Vijay Sethupathi, Bobby Simha, Karunakaran playing important roles, has been shot extensively in Wayanad and Chennai.
