Mohenjo Daro is an upcoming epic adventure-love story directed by Ashutosh Gowariker and produced by Ashutosh Gowariker Productions and Disney India.^[1] The film features Hrithik Roshan and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles^[2] and marks Gowariker's second collaboration with Roshan and Disney India. The film is set in the ancient city of Mohenjo-daro (now in Sindh, Pakistan) in the era of the Indus Valley civilisation that dates back to 2600 BC.^[3] The film score is composed by A. R. Rahman.^[4] The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on August 12, 2016.^[5]
